Kentucky moved to 7-1 on the season with a 105-76 home win over Georgia State on Friday. The Wildcats were heavy favorites, entering the game as -31.5 point favorites, but didn’t cover the spread. The total points for the game reached 181, surpassing the O/U line of 162.
Kentucky led 48-33 at halftime and scored 57 points in the 2nd half while allowing 43. Though they didn’t cover the spread, the Wildcats’ offense was impressive, putting up over 100 points for the game.
The Tigers Are Coming Off A Win
Clemson improved to 7-1 this season with an 86-58 win over Florida A&M on Friday. The Tigers were heavy favorites at -32.5 but didn’t cover the spread. The game’s total points of 144 went just over the 142-point line.
Leading 38-32 at halftime, Clemson’s defense stepped up in the 2nd half, allowing just 26 points while scoring 48 of their own.
Wildcats Offense Breakdown
Kentucky’s offense was firing on all cylinders in their last game, putting up 105 points while shooting 59.7% from the field. Their effective field goal percentage was an impressive 65.7%, thanks in large part to their 80.5% shooting on two-point attempts.
