The NCAA men’s college basketball season got underway a few weeks ago, and we have already seen some instant classics. We are getting into the tournament and showcase time of the year now and have the potential to see some excellent matchups that we don’t even know of quite yet. This upcoming week will be great for that as there will be basketball games going on all day long, including some of the most prestigious events during the season.

Gonzaga and UCLA will meet on Tuesday night as part of the Good Sam Empire Classic and will be a meeting between #1 and #2 in the country, barring any upset losses until then. UCLA has already proved themselves this year as they caught an opening win over Villanova in overtime. Gonzaga played and beat Texas pretty easily as well. That is an excellent rematch of last year’s Final Four game, and UCLA will be looking for revenge. Both of these teams have great players, which will make this contest very exciting. 

My sources say that this is going to be a very interesting game! I like Gonzaga because they beat Texas pretty easily and it should give them more confidence. But… we can’t forget about UCLA beating Villanova in OT. This will be a close game and we’ll just have to wait and see!
