New York trailed 30-19 after the 1st quarter and couldn’t close the gap, as Boston outscored them 31-29 in the 2nd and 35-28 in both the 3rd and 4th quarters. The Knicks were down 96-76 heading into the final period.
The Pacers Look To Bounce Back From A Loss
After a 124-117 loss to the Lakers on Saturday, the Pacers are now 29-22. Indiana, who were -4.5 point favorites, not only lost but also failed to cover the spread. The total points for the game were 241, exceeding the O/U line of 230.5.
The Lakers went on a 13-0 run early, stretching the score from 21-12 to 34-12. Indiana tried to rally, outscoring the Lakers in each of the last three quarters, but couldn’t close the gap.

Defensively, the Knicks struggled on Saturday, giving up 131 points to the Celtics. New York allowed 30 points in the 1st quarter and 31 in the 2nd, before conceding 35 points in both the 3rd and 4th quarters.
