A 12-0 run was key for the Warriors, as they turned an 84-74 deficit into an 86-84 lead. Golden State took control early, leading 51-39 at halftime, and closed out the game by outscoring the Rockets 33-27 in the 4th quarter.
The Timberwolves Are Coming Off A Win
With a 103-96 win over the Lakers on Wednesday, the Timberwolves improved to 49-33 this season. Minnesota picked up the road victory as +6 point underdogs and covered the spread. The game’s total of 199 points fell short of the 210.5 O/U line.
Minnesota jumped out to a 31-22 lead after the 1st quarter and edged the Lakers 28-27 in the 2nd. The Lakers responded by taking the 3rd quarter 31-22, but the Timberwolves clamped down in the 4th, holding L.A. to 16 points while scoring 22 of their own to seal the win.

Timberwolves Team Defense

They kept up the pressure in the 3rd, giving up 23 points, and closed out the game by allowing 27 in the 4th.
