What is betting the spread?

The number of points a team is expected to win by. (ex: If the spread is Tennessee -7.5, Tennessee must win by at least eight points to cover. If they lose or win by less than that, the other team covers. If the spread is Tennessee -7, they also must win by eight to cover. If they win by seven, it is a “push” which results in a return of funds wagered.)

What is betting the total?

The total amount of points scored by both teams in the game.

What is a moneyline bet?

Which team will win the game.

What are prop bets?

A prop bet is a bet that is not made on the result of a game, but on an individual player or event in that game. Almost any bet on a game, apart from point spread, total and moneyline, is a prop bet.

What is a in-play bet or live bet?

Placing a wager on a game that has already begun.

What is a parlay bet?

Combining multiple bets into one. This will make the odds greater but each individual bet must win for the parlay to win.

What is a teaser bet?

Combining multiple bets into one but changing the lines of the individual bets (ex: Changing Tennessee -3.5 and Over 44.5 to Tennessee +2.5 and Over 38.5. Odds will not be as high as normal parlay. All selections must win for the teaser to win.)

What is a round robin bet?

Creating a series of smaller parlays from a larger list of teams you select. (ex: If you pick five teams, you can create: 10 two team parlays, 10 three team parlays, 5 four team parlays, or 1 five team parlay.)

Am I eligible to make an account?

How do I change my account information?

You can change your address, phone number, and email by contacting customer support via phone, chat, or email.

How will my account info be protected?

We do not give out your personal information to anyone. We must confirm a customer’s date of birth and SSN in order to discuss personal account details with a customer. We take protecting your account information seriously. How do I protect my account?

Depending on the selected method, it can be instant or up to several business days.

Is there a limit to how much I can deposit/withdraw?

The only limits on deposits/withdrawals are self-imposed. Generally we will not add any deposit/withdrawal limits to your account unless instructed to do so by you.

How do I verify my account?

You can verify your account by entering your first and last name, date of birth, last four digits of your social security number, residential address, and email. If you have trouble verifying your account please contact customer support.

How do I deactivate my account?

You can deactivate your account by selecting the Account tab on the bottom right corner of the app, or on My Account on the top right in any browser then selecting under Account Settings find Deactivate Account. Here you can choose to put yourself on a time-out for a specific time period or permanently deactivate your account.

Can I reopen my account after I deactivate it?

You will be able to reopen your account after the time selected for the deactivation period expires. If you deactivate the account permanently, you will not be able to reopen it.

When will free bets be credited to my account?

Free bets are generally credited to accounts within 72 hours. Please note all our promotions list out crediting timeframes in the terms and conditions of each promotion.

Where do I enter promo codes?

Promo codes for free bets can be applied by selecting the Account tab on the bottom right corner of the app, or on My Account on the top right in any browser then selecting Free Bets, then selecting the Promo Code tab entering the free bet code and selecting apply. For Deposit bonus codes, you can enter them by going to the deposit page, and selecting the check box ‘I have a promotional code’. Once selected, enter your deposit amount and complete your deposit.

How do I use my free bets?

When using Free Bets, if the wager is eligible there will be a drop down box under the potential winnings in the bet slip for you to choose. Be sure to leave the stake box empty when utilizing your free bet.

Where can I see my free bets?

Active and historic free bets on your account can be seen by selecting the Account tab on the bottom right corner of the app, or on My Account on the top right in any browser, then selecting Free Bets. Free Bets are separated by the Active and History tabs.

Where can I see available promotions?

Can I bet outside of TN in another legal state?

You will only be able to place bets within the borders of the great state of Tennessee.

What is a max bonus?

Max bonus is the maximum amount Action 24/7 will match in any particular deposit bonus promotion.

What is bonus abuse?

Bonus abuse is when a player violates the terms and conditions in order to circumvent the intended purpose.

Can I have multiple deposit boosts at once?

Only one active deposit bonus per customer is available. Once you complete the play through for a deposit bonus, you may be eligible to receive a deposit bonus promotion.

What does play through mean?

Deposit bonuses can come with playthrough requirements. This means you must bet a specific number of times the amount matched and deposited before being able to withdrawal those funds. For Example : If Action 24/7 matches $100 of your $100 deposit, with a five (5) times play through, you would need to wager a total of $1000.00 before being able to withdraw. Why can’t I withdraw with a deposit bonus?
