Yesterday, we used our final same-game parlay of the week and our black and gold safety net, attempting to win our parlay blog betting championship back.
We were so close.
As predicted, the Boston Bruins defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins, while the Penguins covered the spread, losing 4-3. However, we took the under and a 3-2 final score, meaning we lost our parlay.
We ended last week winless with a 7-14 record on individual picks. We will shake it off and start a new pursuit of our parlay championship as if last week didn’t exist.
Here is our multi-game parlay featuring all road teams to start the week on a winning note.
Memphis Grizzlies over Chicago Bulls (-149)
We’re hoping to generate a little home-state luck.
The Grizzlies have won four of the last five games and eight of the last ten, while the Bulls have won three of the last five games and are 6-4 in the last ten.
Memphis won the first matchup 104-89 on February 7.
Yes, the season is winding down, but we expect the Grizzlies’ defense to make the difference in this one.
Take the Grizz.
New York Rangers over Washington Capitals (-141)
The Rangers have lost two straight but are 7-3 straight-up in the last ten games. The Capitals have lost three straight games and are 3-7 straight-up in the last ten.
These teams have split the first two meetings this season, with the Rangers winning the most recent matchup 5-3 on March 14.
The home team is 5-1 in the last six meetings, while the favorite has dominated historically, going 45-18 in the last 63 meetings.
Moreover, the Rangers are going to the playoffs, and the Capitals will not be.
Take the Rangers.
New Jersey Devils over Winnipeg Jets (-115)
The Devils have won two-straight games and three of the last five but are 4-6 straight-up in the last ten.
The Jets won their last game – giving up a loss in the process – and have won three of the last five games.
New Jersey won the only meeting this season 4-2 on February 19.
The Devils might be 2-9 in the last 11 games against Winnipeg, but this year’s New Jersey team is different.
