Action247 Multi-Game Parlay for Dec. 19th, 2022

As we close in on the end of 2022, we still have over half of the NHL and NBA seasons to play. We’ve reviewed December 19th’s NHL and NBA matchups and have put together our parlay for Monday’s sports betting ticket.

Boston Bruins (-189) over Florida Pantherspanthers vs bruins nhl betting

Although the Florida Panthers and Boston Bruins have split the first two matchups this season, the Bruins are the best team in the NHL and have won three of the last five games. The Panthers have won two of the last three but lost three of the last five overall.

The Bruins average 3.80 goals per game compared to Florida’s 3.34 goals per game but only give up 2.13 goals per game, and their special teams are ranked amongst the league’s best. The Bruins should win this one outright.

Milwaukee Bucks (-115) over New Orleans Pelicansbucks vs pelicans nba betting

The Milwaukee Bucks have alternated wins and losses, winning three of the last five games, while the New Orleans Pelicans have lost three straight games. New Orleans might have the points per game, field goal %, and free throw % advantage, but Milwaukee has the better defense, and the under is 15-23 in the Bucks’ last 18 road games.

We think Milwaukee wins on the road extending their winning streak to two games and three wins in the last four games while handing New Orleans a fourth consecutive loss.

Edmonton Oilers (-1.5 goals) over Nashville Predators (+175)oilers vs predators nhl betting

The Edmonton Oilers have two of the top scorers in the NHL, Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, the top-ranked powerplay (31.9%) and the fifth-ranked offense, averaging 3.6 goals per game. In short, the Edmonton Oilers can score goals. Edmonton is also 8-0 in the last eight games against Nashville.

The Oilers have a 16-16 record against the spread (ats), while the Predators have a 10-19 ats record. More importantly, the Oilers have won the first two head-to-head matchups with the Predators and covered the spread in both previous meetings. We’ll take Connor McDavid and the Oilers to cover the -1.5 goal spread.
