Action247 Multi-Game Parlay for June 7, 2023

With no NHL or NBA on the sports calendar last night, we kept our Florida focus intact, building our same-game parlay around the Tampa Bay Rays and the Minnesota Twins.

In the first leg, we selected the Rays to get the series-opening win over the Twins, giving the slight pitching edge to Zach Eflin and Tampa Bay.

The Rays won 7-0.

After one leg, our hopes and dreams of recapturing our Parlay Blog Championship belt were still intact.

In our second leg, we took the Rays to cover the -1 run spread, which they did easily. That’s two up, two down.

Could it be?

The total runs line was set at eight for Tuesday’s series opener. Do you know what happens when there are seven total runs scored in the Rays vs Twins game, and this Parlay Blog selected the under?

We won with ease! We’d like to thank the Tampa Bay Rays and Minnesota Twins for a parlay win that put the Parlay Blog championship belt back around our waists. That was almost as easy as a Max Verstappen win at the Spanish Grand Prix (or upcoming Canadian Grand Prix).

With last night’s simply lovely win, we are the champions, and records don’t matter! Actually, they do, and we’re now 1-2 on parlays and an outstanding 6-3 on individual pics.

But you know the parlay blog by now: we’re gunslingers and put our championship on the line every night, even though we hate the separation anxiety we feel when we don’t have our big gold belt.

Here is Wednesday’s championship retaining multi-game blog, and we’re going back to Florida.

Denver Nuggets over Miami Heat (-141)nuggets vs heat nba betting

The Denver Nuggets are the slight road favorite heading into game three of the NBA Finals.

The Nuggets have a 23-25 road record this season and a 4-3 record on the road in the playoffs, having won their last three road games. The Heat have a 6-2 home record in the playoffs but have lost their last two games on home court.

For the Denver Nuggets to win this series, they need to win at least one game on the road and steal home court back from Miami.

The Nuggets hold a 3-1 head-to-head series lead, winning 124-119 in Miami back on December 30th.

Despite wanting to root for Cinderella, we’re taking the Denver Nuggets to win game three of the NBA Finals.

Denver Nuggets versus Miami Heat Over 214.5 (-110)

Three of the four head-to-head matchups this season between Denver and Miami have hit the over. All three games hitting the over have cleared at least 216.5 total points.

Miami has a 59-43 over/under record, while Denver has a 46-51-2 over/under record.

We’re taking game three to hit the over.

Seattle Mariners over San Diego Padres (-105)

Let’s give the west coast – the best coast – some love, shall we?

Last night the Seattle Mariners upset the Dads of San Diego. Can they do it for a second consecutive game?

The pitching battle between right-handers Michael Wacha and George Kirby is fairly even.

The Mariners are 13-15 on the road, while the Dads are a disappointment at home with a 14-18 home record. The Mariners are 4-1 in their last five games against San Diego, including a 3-1 record in 2022.

Both teams are 4-6 in the last ten games.

We’re taking the Mariners to give the Dads another loss with Wacha on the mound.
