Last night we crafted a same-game parlay around two of the top five scoring offenses in the NHL. And, shockingly, we won!

We took the Edmonton Oilers to win on the moneyline and cover the 1.5 goal spread, which the Oilers did in the 6-4 victory. The ten goals the Oilers and Seattle Kraken combined for cruised passed the total goals line to give us our first win in a hot minute.

And with the Oilers (a.k.a the McDavids), you always take the over if you hadn’t noticed.

With yesterday’s magnificent parlay, we closed out the week by improving our parlay record to 1-4-2 and 11-8-2 on individual picks. We start the week with winning momentum and a multi-game parlay.

Minnesota Wild over Washington Capitals (-159)

The Minnesota Wild have won three of the last five games and are 7-3 in the last ten. The Washington Capitals have lost three of the last five and are 5-5 in the last ten.

The Wild are better overall, while the Capitals are 1-4 in the last five meetings.

Winnipeg Jets over St. Louis Blues (-130)

The Winnipeg Jets have been sliding recently but have won three of the last five games. The St. Louis Blues have won three of the last five games, albeit against some of the worst teams in hockey.

The Jets are 6-0 in the last six meetings and 13-3 in the last 16 in St. Louis.

The Jets’ playoff aspirations need wins, and they’ll get one tonight against the Blues.

Brooklyn Nets over Denver Nuggets (+105)

The Denver Nuggets have lost five of the last six games and have a 17-18 record on the road. The Brooklyn Nets have a 3-3 record in the last six games but a 19-13 record in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn won the first matchup 122-120 in Denver on March 12.

Our pick in this one is riding on the Nuggets’ recent lack of performance and their average road record, not betting trends and stats. Take the Nets to win.
