ACTION247: NBA/NHL Parlay for Dec. 4, 2022

The NBA and NHL continue to progress through the first portion of the current season. With a few big matches scheduled today, let’s take a look at how we think three matches will play out.

Chicago Bulls (+2.5) over Sacramento Kings

kings vs bulls nba bettingWith an overall record of 12-9 this season, the Sacramento Kings are doing fairly well. They’re currently on a two-game winning streak after beating the Los Angeles Clippers yesterday.

Returning home to face the Bulls is a quick turnaround from playing on the road yesterday. Although it isn’t a long trip, it could affect how the Kings play this weekend.

The Chicago Bulls have only won two of their last five games. They have an overall record of 9-13 this season, and they’re continuing their road stretch.

Keep in mind, however, that the Chicago Bulls have beaten both the Utah Jazz and Milwaukee Bucks. Averaging 112 points per game, the Bulls are our choice to win this game.

New York Islanders (-278) over Chicago Blackhawks

islanders vs blackhawks nhl bettingThe Chicago Blackhawks have a record of 7-12-4 and are 3-5-2 on the road. Yesterday, they earned a win over the New York Rangers 5-2.

Prior to that, however, the Blackhawks lost eight games in a row. They’re also one of the lowest-scoring teams in the NFL, averaging just 2.65 goals per game.

The New York Islanders have lost back-to-back games, going 3-2 in their last five. Although they’ve lost a few games, they still have a 15-10-0 record.

When playing at home, they have an 8-4-0 record with one of the best defenses as well. They’re averaging 3.16 goals per game and allowing only 2.64. Go with the Islanders over the Blackhawks.

Indiana Pacers (+3) over Portland Trail Blazers

trailblazers vs pacers nba bettingThe Portland Trail Blazers are at home for this game after a huge win on the road. Last night, they beat the Utah Jazz 116-111, and now they’ll have to return to Portland.

Traveling back to Portland, the Trail Blazers might be in a bit of trouble here. The other problem for them is small forward Nassir Little and shooting guard Gary Payton II has been ruled out.

The Indiana Pacers should see point guard Tyrese Haliburton return to the lineup. Over their last five games, the Pacers are 2-3.

They recently lost 139-119 to the Utah Jazz, the same team the Trail Blazers just beat. However, the lack of injuries and the return of Haliburton should lead them to a win.
