The NBA will be heading to the All-Star break very soon, but we have some important games coming up. With so many teams trying to find their positioning in their respective conferences, this should be a fun week.

The games we have lined up all have high stakes and will be important this season. Let’s get you familiar with the games we’ll be covering for this week.

The matchup we look at is between the Brooklyn Nets and Indiana Pacers. This all goes down on Wednesday, January 5, 2022; at 6:30pm Central Time.

Brooklyn Nets Travel to Indiana to Face the Pacers

An important game for the Brooklyn Nets goes down on Wednesday. They’ve lost control of the Eastern Conference to the Chicago Bulls. However, a win here could get them back to the top.

They’re clearly one of the best teams in the NBA, led by Kevin Durant. The only problem is, the Nets aren’t very good against the spread this season. They’ll likely come in as big favorites as well. 

The Indiana Pacers might not have a great NBA record, but they’re pretty good against the spread. At home, they have an 11-8-1 record against the spread. The only problem here is whether or not they can slow down Kevin Durant enough.

Keeping this game close will be tough against one of the leagues leading scorers. That being said, we’ll take the Nets on Wednesday.  Should be a great game to watch Wednesday night, specially if you are a Nets fan.
