Calgary Flames at Anaheim Ducks Betting Preview

Can the Anaheim Ducks Split the Season Series Against the Calgary Flames?

The Calgary Flames will be traveling to the Honda Center on Wednesday night to take on the Anaheim Ducks in a Pacific Division showdown. The Flames are atop the division (40-18-9, 89 points) so far, while the Ducks are sixth in the division (28-30-12, 68 points) as of this writing. This will be the fourth and final regular season matchup between these teams, as the Flames have won two of the three games thus far, including a 6-2 home win back on February 16.

There seems to be a bit of a skills gap between these teams, so this should be an interesting game to keep an eye out on. Let’s take a deeper dive into the Calgary Flames and the Anaheim Ducks to figure out which side we should be betting on.

On the defensive side of things, the Ducks are giving up 3.13 goals on 32.8 shots this season on the defensive side of things.

Calgary Flames at Anaheim Ducks Betting Prediction

The Calgary Flames have proven they are the better team on both sides of the ice this season. A big reason is the ability to score goals on the power play, as the Flames are scoring on 24 percent of all their power play opportunities.
