Calgary Flames Travel to Tampa Bay to Face the Lightning Thursday Night

Both franchises are entering this game after a day off as the Calgary Flames head to Amalie Arena to take on the reigning Stanley Cup Champions Tampa Bay Lightning.

These are two of the better teams currently this season but make sure to go with Calgary +1..5 as they are very similar on both sides of the ice. The Flames are 16-14 against the spread this season, while the Lightning are 14-20 against the spread.

Calgary has been playing a better defense as they are killing 85.4 percent of penalties while the Lightning are killing just 79 percent. All in all, go with the Calgary Flames to cover the spread on the road.
