Conference Championship Week Outlook
It’s Conference Championship Week in the NFL. It has been an epic season, but we only have three contests remaining before the year concludes. The two games this weekend are slated to receive a lot of bets, which is exciting for the industry.
If you are looking to place a bet this weekend, you need to prepare. Preparation is key, especially in highly contested games like the ones we have on Sunday. Here is your AFC and NFC Championship Game outlook.
Cincinnati Bengals Travels to Kansas City to Face the Chiefs
The Bengals and Chiefs have played once this season. In Week 17, Burrow and the Bengals beat the Chiefs 34-31 at home, proving they can play with one of the best teams in football. The reason the Bengals had success in this game is that they went shot for shot with Kansas City.
Additionally, the Chiefs secondary could not cover Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase in solo coverage. If the Chiefs try to double these players, it will open other aspects of the Bengals offense.
The Chiefs are bad against the pass, which is a concern for Kansas City bettors this weekend. The Chiefs are -7 on Sunday, and 59% of bettors are taking this side of the line. Kansas City is the most explosive team in the NFL, and this is why they have most bettors taking their spread.
Although, there is something special about Burrow’s Bengals, and they are still around in the playoffs. Seven points is a big number to cover. Considering the Bengals are 12-7 ATS this season, it’s not a bad bet putting money on the dogs.
Additionally, the total is 54.5, and 82% of tickets have the over. There is not going to be a lot of defense in this game.
