CYB Week 7 College Football Action Picks

College Football Picks/Profits for Week 7

We are officially past the halfway point in this fantastic college football season. We are coming off a solid Week 6 that saw us go 7-4. It could have been 9-2 if Texas and South Alabama didn’t choke. Nevertheless, it was a good weekend. This season has not been kind to us, but there is still plenty of time to turn it around. I’ve got three locks and seven more winners to get us back above the .500 mark. Let’s ride.

San Diego State -8 vs. San Jose State

We’re starting our locks off with some Friday night lights. SD State are road favorites here and, honestly, this spread should be higher. The Aztecs are one of the more physical teams in the country and also have a top notch running game. They rank 13th in the nation in rush offense while the Spartans give up 140 rushing yards per game. San Jose, on the other hand, can’t do anything right on offense. They rank 113th in scoring offense. That’s bad news seeing as San Diego sports the seventh best defense in the country. San Jose has only covered the spread once this year and are only 2-6 ATS in the last eight matchups against the Aztecs. San Diego is just flat out better in every aspect of the game. They should cover with ease in this one.

Tulsa vs. South Florida O57

This isn’t exactly a sexy matchup on paper, but I love this over. For starters, both these defenses are absolutely terrible. Tulsa has the more “superior” defense here. They rank 104th in the country in total defense, compared to USF’s 127th ranked D. The Golden Hurricane is coming off a game that saw them give up 614 yards to Memphis last Saturday. South Florida’s offense has been getting better as of late. They hung with SMU’s high powered offense for most of the game last week and should be able to do the same here. The over has hit for Tulsa five games in a row. It is also 8-3 in South Florida’s last 11. The total has also gone over in the Bulls’ last five home games. Both defenses are soft as Charmin, so points should not be hard to come by. This one may very well hit in the third quarter.

Air Force +4 vs. Boise State

The Air Force Falcons travel to Idaho for this Mountain West matchup and look to add to their three-game winning streak. The Broncos are coming off a big win last week against BYU so this could be a tough spot to face a tough Air Force team. They have the 11th best total defense and own the top ranked rushing offense in the country. Boise doesn’t exactly have the best rush defense in the world, ranking 96th in the nation. The Falcons should be able to control the game on the ground and limit the Broncos offense. Air Force is 17-8-1 ATS in their last 26 games as an underdog and 5-1 in their last six straight up. The Falcons have been kind to us this year, so we’re riding them again.

Other bets:

Syracuse +14 vs. Clemson
Akron +19.5 vs. Miami-Ohio
Troy -7.5 vs. Texas State
Pittsburgh -4.5 vs. Virginia Tech
UNLV +7 vs. Utah State
Tennessee +3.5 vs. Ole Miss
Washington State ML vs. Stanford

We’re building off of last week’s momentum here. These are winners, fellow degenerates. It’s a bad weekend to be a bookie.
