Here’s an overview of some of the top games in sports being played on May 11. Today, we’re taking a closer look at five games from Major League Baseball, the NBA, and NHL.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Boston Celtics – 7:00 PM ET

Kicking off our daily sports bets is a game between the Bucks and the Celtics. This is Game 5 of the series and the series is tied 2-2 at the moment. Milwaukee has definitely taken a step back offensively in this series and has yet to score over 110 points. With the Celtics playing at home, the Bucks will need to find a way to rally tonight.

The plan for the Celtics is pretty simple, continue playing hard-nosed defense. It doesn’t seem like Milwaukee has an answer for one of the best defenses in the league. We also have noticed that Boston is doing a much better job against Giannis Antetokounmpo. With Boston at home, they look like the better bet to us.

New York Mets vs. Washington Nationals – 7:05 PM ET

Switching gears to Major League Baseball, we have a game between the Mets and the Nationals. The Mets are one of the best teams in the league with a record of 21-10. They’ve won three of their last five games, one of which was over the Nationals yesterday. The Mets are rightfully favored again as they’ll start the 4-1 Tylor Megill.

The Washington Nationals are in a tough position. They’ve lost four of their last five games and find themselves in another tough series. Taking on the New York Mets is no easy feat and RHP Aaron Sanchez will take on the Mets batters. This game looks like it will play right into the Mets’ hands tonight.

Washington Capitals vs. Florida Panthers – 7:30 PM ET

Moving over into the NHL we have a great game between the Capitals and Panthers. This series is also tied at 2-2 with the Panthers winning the most recent game. Washington, in Game 3, scored six goals against the Panthers. If they can repeat this performance, they should come away with a win.

Florida won’t let this happen too easily with a defense that allows 2.95 goals per game. Their offense is one of the best in the NHL, averaging 4.11 goals per game. Considering that they’re playing at home and they just beat the Capitals on the road, we’ll take Florida.

Kansas City Royals vs. Texas Rangers – 8:05 PM ET

Next, we’ll cover the game between the Royals and Texas Rangers. The Royals are 9-18 with a record of 3-8 when playing on the road. These teams nearly have the same batting average, with the Royals at .219 and the Rangers at .220. This game is going to come down to who can score first.

The Rangers already landed a 6-4 win over the Royals yesterday. All they’ll need to do is perform the same way tonight. The 1-1 Matt Bush will take the mound for the Rangers with an ERA of 4.09. Bush has only pitched 11 innings so far this season, so he should be pretty fresh. We’ll take the Rangers to win again at home.

Golden State Warriors vs. Memphis Grizzlies – 9:30 PM ET

Our final game of the night is the Warriors and Grizzlies, the Warriors lead the series 3-1. Tonight, they’ll get their chance to eliminate the Warriors and get a much-needed break. Golden State narrowly won Game 4 of this series and needs to do better on offense. Considering they have the Grizzlies on the edge of elimination, the Warriors will likely pull out all the stops.

Unfortunately for them, the Grizzlies will be without Ja Morant again tonight. Their offense isn’t nearly as potent without him leading it and that was apparent in Game 4. The Grizzlies only scored 98 points, losing the game 101-98. Without Morant, we don’t see the Grizzlies winning tonight. We’ll take the Warriors -4 on the road tonight.
