NFL Week 12 Recap

Week 12 is in the books, and it was a great slate of games with three on Thanksgiving. There are only six weeks of games left in 2021, so we must enjoy what we have left before the playoffs. To successfully bet Week 13, you need to understand what happened over the holiday weekend.

Giants Upset Eagles

The Giants recently fired Jason Garrett, their offensive coordinator, before Sunday. This gave Freddie Kitchens the job, and New York’s offense was not great. Although, the team pulled out the win.

The Eagles have been surging, but their luck ran out in New Jersey on Sunday. Philadelphia blew opportunities down the stretch, but the Giants’ defense still deserves credit.

Packers Win as Dogs 

The Rams entered Lambeau Field as three point favorites against the Packers. The reason Green Bay was underdogs was due to Aaron Rodgers broken toe. Rodgers fought through the pain to lead the offense to 36 points.

The Rams have not been very good to bettors lately. They have lost three straight games and have not covered. The one thing that was good for bettors in this matchup was the over. The teams combined for 64 points, blowing out the total.
