In week 2 of the NFL, we are beginning to see some fun matchups to watch. This week, we have the rivalry of SoCal vs. NoCal as the San Francisco 49ers take on the LA Rams. Both teams had success this past week, so many are eager to see who will be able to do it again in this week’s game.
Rams Take on the 49ers
The game is set for Sunday, September 17th at 3:05 PM. The game will be in LA at the Ram’s home stadium. Although the Rams will have their home-field advantage, we have no doubt that the 49ers will show up to play. Last week, their performance was dominating the Steelers home field. They are sure to be a dominating force in this week’s game. The 49er’s quarterback, Brock Purdy was able to score two touchdowns for his team. In the end, San Francisco had a loaded front and they came ready to play.
LA Rams Recap
On the other hand, the LA Rams also showed up last week as they beat the Seattle Seahawks, 30 to 13. Their quarterback, Matt Stafford was able to get passes off, yet their run game was not really strong. Yet, they didn’t allow a sack, so Stafford had plenty of time to get passes off. All in the Rams had a total of three touchdowns.
The LA Rams also were able to get a few sacks against the Seattle Seahawks. We will see if they are able to do the same in this week’s game.
