Wednesday, November 10, 2021; 7:00 pm CT: Dallas Mavericks at Chicago Bulls

The NBA kicks off another week of basketball with the Golden State Warriors in control of the Western Conference. They have to keep the pace up, though, as the Utah Jazz is right on their trail.

The Warriors aren’t the only team doing well in the West, though; the Dallas Mavericks are red hot too. Although it’s early in the season, each of these teams is fighting for positioning. 

In the Eastern Conference, there’s only one team better than the Miami Heat. The Philadelphia 76ers have a slight lead in the conference, but Miami is following closely. Both the 76ers and Heat will face some tough competition this week.

We could see the top spots in the Eastern Conference shuffle by the time the week ends. Let’s take a look at some of this week’s games.

On Wednesday, one of the best in the West takes on an Eastern Conference titan. The Dallas Mavericks have performed amazing so far this year.

As always, Luka Doncic is playing some of his best basketball, averaging 24.9 points per game. The Mavericks, however, are awful against the spread, currently 2-7. 

The Chicago Bulls have one of the best records in the Eastern Conference, currently 6-3. DeMar DeRozan leads the team with an average of 26.8 points per game.

Unlike the Mavericks, the Bulls play amazing against the spread. So far this season, they have an ATS record of 6-3. Considering their ability to cover spreads, we’ll take the Chicago Bulls here.
