Milwaukee improved to 25-17 with a dominant 125-96 win over the Heat on Thursday. The Bucks, who were favored by 6.5 points, covered the spread at home, while the game’s total of 221 points narrowly missed the O/U line of 225.
After Miami’s 13-0 run early, Milwaukee responded with a 44-25 2nd quarter. They held the Heat to 19 points in the 3rd and finished strong, outscoring Miami 31-22 in the 4th.
The Clippers Are Coming Off A Win
The Clippers improved to 25-19 on the season with a 110-93 win over the Wizards on Thursday. Playing at home, Los Angeles was favored by 14 points and covered the spread with the 17-point victory. The game’s total of 203 points fell well short of the 225.5 O/U line.
Los Angeles took control early, going on an 11-0 run to extend their lead from 29-20 to 40-20. They outscored Washington 33-21 in the 2nd quarter and entered the 4th quarter up 89-72. The teams played evenly in the final period, each scoring 21 points.

Clippers Team Defense
The Bucks put on a defensive clinic against the Heat, holding them to just 96 points on Thursday. After a 30-point 1st quarter, Milwaukee tightened up, allowing only 25 points in the 2nd and 19 in the 3rd. They wrapped up the game by giving up 22 points in the 4th.
Milwaukee’s defense limited Miami to 37% shooting from the field, including just 23% from three-point range, where the Heat made only 12 threes. The Bucks sent Miami to the line 21 times, where they hit 16 free throws. Milwaukee also recorded 5 steals and 6 blocks.
