Denver’s struggles began early, as they fell behind 36-24 in the 1st quarter. An 11-0 run by the Knicks in the 2nd quarter helped them extend their lead, and by the start of the 4th quarter, the Nuggets were down 113-87. Despite a more competitive final quarter, the Nuggets couldn’t close the gap.
The Jazz Look To Bounce Back From A Loss
The Jazz fell to 4-13 on the season after a 128-115 loss to the Spurs on Tuesday. Utah, who entered the game as +2 point underdogs, failed to cover the spread. The game’s total points of 243.5 exceeded the O/U line of 224.5 by 18.5 points.
Utah led 35-32 after the 1st quarter, but the Spurs went on a 10-0 run to take control. The Jazz trailed 96-93 going into the 4th quarter, but were outscored 32-22 in the final period.
