After a competitive 1st quarter, where Detroit led 35-34, Memphis took control with a 10-0 run, extending the score from 39-38 to 48-39. The Grizzlies dominated the 2nd and 3rd quarters, outscoring the Pistons 70-42, before Detroit won the 4th quarter 34-27.
The Pacers Look To Bounce Back From A Loss
With a 121-114 win over the Trail Blazers on Wednesday, the Pacers improved to 9-10 for the season. Indiana was favored by 9.5 points at home but didn’t cover the spread. The game’s total of 235 points went over the 231.5-point line.
After trailing 31-26 in the 1st quarter, Indiana turned the game around with a strong 2nd and 3rd quarter, including an 11-0 run that pushed the score from 86-82 to 97-82. Portland outscored the Pacers in the 4th quarter, 29-25, but Indiana’s lead was too much to overcome.
