The Hornets’ season continued to spiral with a 141-88 road loss to the Trail Blazers on Saturday, dropping them to 14-41. Charlotte entered the game as +5.5 point underdogs but fell well short of covering the spread. The total points for the game were 229, just edging past the O/U line of 227.

Charlotte fell behind early as Portland went on a 13-0 run, extending the score from 5-4 to 18-4. The Hornets couldn’t recover, losing each quarter by double digits, including a 109-66 deficit heading into the 4th.

The Kings Look To Bounce Back From A Loss

The Kings fell to 28-28 on the season after a 132-108 loss to the Warriors on Friday. Sacramento, who were +2 point underdogs, lost by 24 points at home. The total score of 240 points narrowly exceeded the over/under line of 237.

After a 31-28 first quarter, the Warriors went on an 11-0 run, taking the score from 83-71 to 83-82. Sacramento couldn’t recover, as Golden State outscored them 32-30 in the third and 32-25 in the fourth.
