Action Insider: NBA Look Ahead

We’ve got another great week of NBA action, featuring teams jostling for position. In the Western Conference, the Suns are trying to surpass the Warriors. In the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics try to work their way up into the top six teams. Although we’re still far away from the playoffs, we’ll get to see some potential matchups. 

Here’s the lineup of games that we’ll be covering this week. Our last game will be the Orlando Magic at Los Angeles Lakers.

Orlando Magic at Los Angeles Lakers, Sun Dec 12, 8:30pm CT

Our final game of the week is the Orlando Magic at Los Angeles Lakers. The Magic haven’t been playing well this season, currently 5-19. Strangely, they have a better record against the spread than the Los Angeles Lakers. However, all of the injuries piling up won’t help them much when covering the spread on Sunday.

The Los Angeles Lakers are beginning to get much healthier than they were. By adding key players back into the lineup, they’re in good shape to win this one. We only have whether or not they’ll cover the spread. However, it’s a much safer bet to take the Lakers at home, especially since they’ve gone 2-1 against Orlando in their last three meetings.
