We saw a couple of big games this past weekend and some really high-intensity games. We had a few upsets this past week and a ton of really good games. The conference slate is starting to creep into the picture for a majority of teams, and now is when the real basketball gets underway. 

This is going to be a very good week of basketball leading up to the holiday. There are a few really good conference matchups this week. If we have learned anything so far is that no team is safe this year.

Below, I take a look at five games from this upcoming week and break down the matchup and who has the edge coming into the game.

Non-Conference Matchup #7 Texas Longhorns at Stanford Cardinal

The Texas Longhorns face-off with the Stanford Cardinal on Sunday in what should be a very solid non-conference matchup. Texas is 6-2 on the year and ranked #7 in the country, while Stanford is 4-3 on the season thus far. Texas should be able to come in and beat Stanford pretty easily, and I would lean Texas here.

Timmy Allen leads Texas by scoring 13.8 points a game, while Stanford is led by Harrison Ingram, who scores 12.0 points a game.
