Quarterback Avery Johnson completed 65.2% of his passes for 181 yards, with two touchdowns and no interceptions. DJ Giddens was his top target, catching four passes for 63 yards and one of the team’s receiving touchdowns.

The Wildcats gave up 109 passing yards and 89 rushing yards, with Northern Arizona finding the end zone just once through the air. Arizona’s defense also limited Northern Arizona to just 14 first downs in the game.

Kansas State’s defense will be looking to improve after giving up 491 total yards to Tulane in their last game. The Wildcats allowed 342 passing yards, with Tulane completing 19 of 29 pass attempts for two touchdowns. Kansas State’s secondary did come up with one interception. On the ground, they gave up 149 yards and one rushing touchdown.
