Mahomes Chiefs Surpassed Lawrence’s Jags
In a much-anticipated duel, the Kansas City Chiefs managed to clinch their ticket to the AFC Championship game for the fifth consecutive season. Andy Reid’s team defeated Doug Pederson and Trevor Lawrence’s Jacksonville Jaguars in a game that finished 27-20.
Patrick Mahomes suffered an ankle injury late in the first quarter after taking a low hit. He missed a few downs. However, he pushed aside the pain before returning to take Kansas City to victory in the second half of the game.
