NFL Week 4 Recap

The fourth week of the NFL was full of action, along with a few upsets. Certain games that were considered “locks” ended up falling through the cracks, while others went according to plan.

Let’s check out our favorite games of the week during this NFL Week 4 recap. 

Minnesota Vikings vs. New Orleans Saints – 28-25 (Vikings)

The first London game of the year resulted in a 28-25 victory for the Minnesota Vikings. With a record of 3-1, first-year head coach Kevin O’Connell is getting a strong start to his career. They’ll have to try and keep this momentum as they head into an NFC North battle against the Chicago Bears. 

The New Orleans Saints will be dealing with more injuries after the London game. Andy Dalton held his own, however, passing for 236 yards and a touchdown. In conclusion, once Alvin Kamara and Jameis Winston come back, the team will be in better shape. 

Washington Commanders vs. Dallas Cowboys – 25-10 (Cowboys)

The Washington Commanders need to go back to the drawing board. Last week, they were easily beaten by the Cowboys 25-10.

It was close at the end of the first half; however, the Cowboys only had a small lead. Unfortunately for Washington, they allowed Dallas to score 13 points through the second half.

Yet, the real conversation at the moment is the quarterback competition in Dallas. Cooper Rush, the backup quarterback, is 4-0 overall as a starter for the Dallas Cowboys. Dak Prescott is expected to return this week as well, so we’ll have to see how this story develops.
