The Bruins and the Montreal Canadiens are both coming into this game after a day off as the Canadiens will host the Bruins here. Both teams are struggling to cover the spread this season as Boston is 10-14 against the spread while Montreal is a putrid 11-18 against the spread.
The Bruins are 7-4-1 this season on the road, while the Canadiens are 4-10-1 at home. The defense is going to be the difference-maker in this game as Boston is giving up 2.54 goals per game while Montreal is allowing 3.52 goals this year.
