NFL Preseason Week 3 Betting Outlook

We’ve got one more week of preseason betting as the NFL Preseason comes to a close. Today we’re going to take a look at each of the games and make our picks for each one.

Buffalo Bills vs. Carolina Panthers: August 26, 2022 8:00pm CST

There are several games on Friday, but this one is definitely the one to watch. Last week, the Buffalo Bills actually sent out starting QB Josh Allen. It hasn’t been stated whether he’ll play this week, but we expect a few drives at least.

Baker Mayfield has been named the starting quarterback for the Carolina Panthers. As we near Week 1 of the regular season, we haven’t seen much from him. We expect that he’ll take the field against the Bills and get a win for his team.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Dallas Cowboys: August 26, 2022 7:00pm CST

With a 0-2 record in the preseason, things aren’t looking great for the Seattle Seahawks. Surprisingly enough, they actually come in as the favorites here. With the QB battle still in effect, we’ll have to see how Geno Smith performs against the Cowboys.

Dallas Cowboys will likely avoid sending out Dak Prescott in this game. If he does play, it’ll only be for a limited amount of snaps.

Instead, focus on Cooper Rush, who is the backup quarterback. Rush has led his team to wins in the regular season and will do so again in this game.
