The Las Vegas Raiders are 3-0 for the first time since 2002 when they lost in Super Bowl XXXVII to Jon Gruden’s Buccaneers. Gruden is now leading the charge and Vegas, and good things are happening despite a slew of injuries.
The victory came at a 31-28 margin over the Miami Dolphins in overtime. Daniel Carlson, the reigning AFC Special Teams Player of the Week, split the uprights to give his team the victory.
Unfortunately, the Raiders were unable to cover for bettors who took them at -3.5. If you chose the Dolphins at +3.5, you snuck out a huge win. The game also went over with ease, which was not expected with Jacoby Brissett leading the charge for Miami.
He was 32 of 49, and the team utilized the dink and dump offense. However, there are questions if he should be the quarterback moving forward if Tua Tagovailoa struggles.
