Steelers Say Goodbye to Big Ben and Cardinals didn’t Show Up

Opening Weekend Postseason Recap

The largest Wild Card weekend in the history of the NFL was epic. There were six games, and many of them were very competitive. How can you not love football? It’s impossible.

This weekend there will be four games with a doubleheader on Saturday and Sunday. However, before you place your wagers, you must understand what happened during Wild Card weekend.

Here is your recap from the first weekend of playoff football.

Steelers Big Ben’s Last Match vs Kansas City Chiefs

There is not much to say about the Steelers vs Chiefs game. Nobody expected Pittsburgh to be competitive, and they met this standard. Pittsburgh jumped out to a 7-0 lead on a defensive score, but nobody at Arrowhead was worried.

The Steelers’ offense was atrocious, and they did not gain steam throughout the game. Once the Chiefs got going, the game was over. They won 42-21 and easily covered -13.5. The over of 46.5 also hit.

Kansas City Chiefs will stay home to face the Buffalo Bills for round 2 of the postseason this weekend.

The Cardinals were +3.5 heading into their playoff game against the Rams. However, Los Angeles owned the game. They won by a 34-11 margin, and it was never close.

Kyler Murray was bad, and his offensive line did not help at all. The Rams’ front seven dominated Arizona’s offensive line throughout the day. Matthew Stafford also showed up big to win his first playoff game.

On Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams have to cross the country and will have to beat the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay.
