Tennessee Titans Betting Odds | Preseason

Last season the Tennessee Titans clinched the AFC South for the first time since 2008, going 11-5 and clinching a playoff berth for the second year in a row under head coach Mike Vrabel.

Running back Derrick Henry was named Offensive Player of the Year, rushing for over 2,000 yards in 2020-2021. Titans fans are still left with a bitter taste in their mouths however, as Tennessee blew a 10-0 lead at home in the Wild Card game and were eliminated at home by the Ravens.

If you placed a bet on the Titans last season, Tennessee only went 7-9 against the spread. The Titans killed it on the total, however, covering the over a whopping twelve times.

The defending AFC South champs got better in the offseason, trading for one of the best receivers of the last decade in Julio Jones. Jones will be paired with fellow Pro Bowl target A.J. Brown, as quarterback Ryan Tannehill has the best receiver duo at his disposal, with the most powerful running back behind him.

Edge rusher Jadaveon Clowney was a disaster for the Titans last year, not registering a single sack in eight games. He was replaced by Bud Dupree in the offseason, plus Denico Autry was signed as well to beef up the position.

Corner Adoree Jackson signed with the Giants, but the Titans snagged veteran Janoris Jenkins. Defensive back Malcolm Butler, tight end Jonnu Smith, and receiver Corey Davis also departed in free agency. Safety Kenny Vaccarro was released by Tennessee in March after spending two years in the Music City.

Action 247 Sportsbook has the Titans over/under for wins this season set at 9.5. Tennessee is favored to win the AFC South at +100, and are +2500 to win Super Bowl 56.
