NFL Week 10 Recap

The tenth week of the NFL was full of action, along with a few upsets. Certain games that were considered “locks” ended up falling through the cracks, while others went according to plan.

Let’s take a look at some of our favorite games of the week during this NFL Week 10 recap.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers – 31-28 (Packers)

The Dallas Cowboys put up 28 points between the second and third quarters. However, they didn’t score a single point in the first or fourth quarters. Dak Prescott passed for 265 yards and three touchdowns, but the Cowboys’ defense let them down. For some reason, the Packers’ offense came out swinging and put up 31 total points.

This was an impressive game for the Packers and one they needed to have. Aaron Rodgers passed for 224 yards and three touchdowns in the win over his former coach. Christian Watson was a reliable target for Rodgers, catching four passes for 107 yards and three touchdowns. They need a few more wins to get to .500, but they’re on their way.

Washington Commanders vs. Philadelphia Eagles – 32-21 (Commanders)

This is the upset of the week for anyone that was paying attention to the games in Week 10. The Washington Commanders’ defense came ready to play and forced several turnovers. Washington scored in each quarter and held the Eagles scoreless in the second and third. Brian Robinson Jr. put up 86 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders’ win. 

We wouldn’t consider this to be a setback for the Eagles, however. Although their undefeated streak is over, they’re still one of the best teams in the league. Jalen Hurts had a tough game, but he’ll have the chance to bounce back in Week 11 as they face the Colts.
