The Jaguars did not look good as favorites in their season opener against the Texans. There are still many issues with the team, including their ability to protect Trevor Lawrence. Lawrence could be one of the best quarterbacks in the league moving forward, but he needs time.

The Broncos have a strong defense, which should give Jacksonville trouble. Denver is favored by six points, and 81% of bettors think they will cover this total. However, people are split over the total in the matchup.

The over/under is listed at 45.5, and it’s split down the middle amongst current bettors. I believe this game will narrowly surpass 45.5 because of Jacksonville’s defense, which looked weak against Houston.
