With the NHL coming off of its break in action due to a recent surge of positive COVID tests, every team has had the chance to rest their players and refocus on winning games. Today, we are going to highlight five matchups for later this week and discuss where we should be betting and why.  

The matchup we are looking at is Winnipeg Jets vs Las Vegas Golden Knights.

Winnipeg Jets Travel to Las Vegas to Face the Golden Knights 

The Winnipeg Jets and the Vegas Golden Knights are coming off a mutual off-day on Saturday before heading into this game to begin their three-game season series. The Golden Knights are the better team in this matchup as Vegas is scoring 3.47 goals per game while Winnipeg is averaging 2.87 goals per game.

However, these teams should both be able to score goals as the Golden Knights had the over hit in 20 of their 31 games while the Jets have had the over hit in exactly half of their games.

Left-winger Kyle Connor and center Chandler Stephenson have been scoring points well this season and should do so here, so go with the over to hit.
