The NFL is heading into Week 13, and things are heating up in the playoff race. We have several games that could decide positioning, and we’re going to look at three of them.
Washington Commanders (-2.5) over New York Giants
The first game we’re going to look at is an NFC East battle. The Washington Commanders have a record of 7-5 but are 4-2 on the road this season.
Although they’re scoring just 19.4 points per game this season, they’ve won three games in a row. Under QB Taylor Heinicke, the Commanders’ offense has performed much better.
The New York Giants have lost their last two games this season. Their most recent loss was a 28-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
The Giants are 2-3 in their last five games, and the teams they have beaten aren’t very good. Keep in mind, the Commanders found a way to beat the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles.
San Francisco 49ers (-4) over Miami Dolphins
This game is likely to be the most entertaining one of Week 13. The San Francisco 49ers, fresh off of a win over the New Orleans Saints, face the Miami Dolphins.
The Dolphins have one of the highest-scoring teams in the NFL, averaging 25.6 points per game. However, they’re facing one of the best defenses in the league this weekend.
The 49ers allow an average of just 15.7 points per game this season. Their offense has picked up the pace as well, with Christian McCaffrey in the lineup.
Averaging 22.6 points per game, we think the 49ers have what it takes to beat Miami. It helps that San Francisco has a 4-1 record at home this season.
Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5) over Cincinnati Bengals
The final game that we think everyone should be watching is the Kansas City Chiefs at Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals, with a record of 7-4, have a 3-1 record at home.
They’re one of the highest-scoring teams in the NFL, but that hasn’t always led to a win. Not long ago, they lost 32-13 to the Cleveland Browns.
The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off a 26-10 win over the Los Angeles Rams. Averaging 29.6 points per game, the Chiefs have the highest-scoring team in the NFL. Their defense isn’t bad either, allowing 22.1 points per game.
They’re on the road tonight, but that doesn’t worry us, as they’re 4-1 on the road. Look for the Chiefs to pull off an impressive victory this weekend.
