The NFL is heading into Week 10 and we’re coming up on the midway point of the season. With a few big games scheduled, let’s take a look at how we think three games will play out.

Miami Dolphins (-3.5) over Cleveland Browns

With a record of 3-5 the Cleveland Browns are preparing to face the Miami Dolphins. One important thing to remember is the Browns are 1-2 on the road this season. There are also a few players that are sidelined this weekend including tight end David Njoku. Another big problem for the Browns is the fact that they’re giving up 24.9 points per game.

The Miami Dolphins have a record of 6-3 this season and are 3-1 at home. Although they average just 23.7 points per game, this team is well over .500. All they need to do to win this game is stop Browns’ running back Nick Chubb. If they can stop him, they should be able to easily win this game and cover the spread.

Dallas Cowboys (-4) over Green Bay Packers

The Dallas Cowboys are on the road where they have a 2-1 record this season. Overall, they’re 6-2 and boast one of the best defenses in the NFL. Allowing just 16.6 points per game, the Cowboys’ defense is more than equipped to face the Packers. In the Cowboys’ last game, they beat the Chicago Bears 49-29, another NFC North team.

The Green Bay Packers are 2-2 at home with an overall record of 3-6. This team hasn’t just struggled to move the ball, they’ve struggled on defense too. The Packers have one of the worst offenses in the league, averaging just 17.1 points per game. Look for the Cowboys to get a win here and cover the spread.

Los Angeles Chargers (+7) over San Francisco 49ers

This one is a slightly tough game to call because of how the Chargers have performed. They’re coming off a 20-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons last week but their defense worries us. Prior to their win over the 49ers, they lost 37-23 to the Seattle Seahawks. They’re facing a tough team in the 49ers this weekend. They’ll need to be much better defensively in order to win.

The San Francisco 49ers are one of the best defensive teams in the league. They’re allowing just 18.4 points per game while scoring an average of 22. However, the 49ers have struggled against good offenses, like when they lost 28-14 to the Atlanta Falcons. Although we think the 49ers will win, we believe the Chargers will keep it within seven.
