NFL Week 6 Recap

The NFL regular season is one-third complete following the conclusion of Week 6. Bettors had some massive triumphs, but there were also many heartbreaking losses.

These crushing defeats began on Thursday night when the Buccaneers were unable to cover. However, the sports betting gods gave some wins back to the majority of bettors throughout the slate.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were clearly the better team on Thursday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles. There was a never point when people questioned who was going to win.

Although, a two-point conversion from the Eagles allowed them to cover late. This move seemed like it was called to spite the 90% of bettors banking on Tampa Bay’s -6.5 spread.

Urban Meyer and Trevor Lawrence Prevail

The Jaguars defeated the Dolphins in London for their first win of the 2021 season. Jacksonville hung in throughout the game and finished it with a game-winning field goal. Six seconds were remaining on the clock, and Meyer chose to throw a quick slant instead of going for the end zone.

This put Jacksonville in a position to kick the game-winning field goal. This move caught the Dolphins’ defense off-balance, and it cost them a victory.

Aaron Rodgers Owns Chicago

The Packers defeated the Bears once again with Aaron Rodgers under center. There is nothing really to discuss in this game besides the fact the future Hall of Fame quarterback owns the Bears. He is now 21-5 against Chicago, and he screamed, “I own you” after a game-sealing rushing touchdown.
