NFL picks week 5

CYB NFL Picks for Week 5 | 8 Picks for Bettors this Week

A lot of Great Action this Week for NFL Picks

Well, we were on the wrong side of some unfortunate circumstances last week. The Giants pulling one out in OT. Browns and Vikings being incapable of doing anything on offense. And a Monday night over that would have hit if the Raiders would have decided to show up for the first half. All heartbreakers. But just because you lost a few last week, doesn’t mean you don’t come out swinging this week. Shooters shoot. Let’s ride.

Atlanta Falcons -3 vs. New York Jets

Set your alarms for this one because we’ve got football across the pond for the first time in two years. The Falcons should come out hot after letting the win slip through their hands last week. Rookie head coach Arthur Smith knows these are the games he has to win if he is going to excel in this league. Counting on the Jets to string together two good games seems like a tall task. They are 3-17 straight up in their last 20 games. They are also 1-9 in their last 10 road games, and this is the ultimate road game. I’m looking for rookie QB Zach Wilson to struggle against an Atlanta defense that has a chip on their shoulder after last week. Take Atlanta to handle their business and come back state side with a win.

Carolina Panthers vs. Philadelphia Eagles U45.5

Going into last week, the total had gone under in every game for Carolina. Then they ran into the buzzsaw that is the Cowboys offense. They will probably be looking to get back to playing sound defense after last week’s track meet. Speaking of which, the Eagles are coming off a fast-paced game of their own against the Chiefs. Philly’s offense pretty much rides solely with Jalen Hurts. He has thrown the ball 87 times in the last two games. The Panthers should have no issue slowing down an offense that one dimensional. Especially considering they have the second best pass defense in the league. The under is 4-1 in Carolina’s last five home games. Roll with the under here.

Dallas Cowboys -7 vs. New York Giants

Dak Prescott has come out this season and made a strong case for MVP. He has thrown for more than 1,000 yards with 10 touchdowns and only two picks. The Cowboys are the only team in the league to cover every game this season, and I don’t see that stopping here. Daniel Jones and the G Men are coming off a huge win against the Saints, and they seem to have figured out the offensive side of the ball. I just don’t think they have what it takes to hang with this Dallas offense. Jones has looked much better lately, but he still has a history of turnovers. That will be a problem against this Cowboys defense, which is second in turnover differential. New York has only covered twice in the last eight games against America’s team. This one may stay close for a bit. But look for Dallas to run away with this one.

Other bets:

Green Bay Packers -3.5 vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Las Vegas Raiders -5.5 vs. Chicago Bears
Cleveland Browns +2.5 vs. LA Chargers
Buffalo Bills +3 vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Baltimore Ravens -6.5 vs. Indianapolis Colts

The NFL has been good to us this year. One rough week will not keep us down. Remember, the only way to truly lose in gambling is to give up.
