It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Monday’s schedule.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 PM ET

The first game we’re going to go over today is the Philadelphia Phillies at the Cincinnati Reds. The Phillies, with a record of 63-51, are currently third in the NL East. A few wins over the Reds and they could increase their standing. Getting the start tonight is the 6-8 Noah Syndergaard, who has an ERA of 3.96 this season. The Phillies also have slightly better batting.

The Cincinnati Reds have a record of 45-68 with a record of 25-34 at home this season. The 1-9 Mike Minor is getting the start for the Reds, putting them at a massive disadvantage. Minor has an ERA of 6.24 over the course of 62 innings pitched. With Minor on the mound, we’ll have to take the Phillies at -190 over the Reds.

Tampa Bay Rays vs. New York Yankees – 7:05 PM ET

The Tampa Bay Rays are third in the NL East with a record of 60-53. Today, they’ll begin a three-game series against the first-place New York Yankees. Tampa Bay has yet to decide who will take the mound for them tonight, so keep that in mind. A big problem for the Rays is their .238 batting average. This is especially true since they’re facing Gerrit Cole tonight.

The 9-4 Gerrit Cole is tasked with getting the Yankees their second win in five games. New York has slowly declined as a team but today gives them a chance to bounce back. They have a team batting average of .242 and an on-base percentage of .328. The Yankees also have a 41-15 record at home this season, so we’ll take them tonight.

New York Mets vs. Atlanta Braves – 7:20 PM ET

This NL East matchup should definitely be an entertaining one to watch. On one side you have the leaders in the division, the New York Mets, who have a 75-40 record. On the other side, you have the second-place team, the Atlanta Braves, who are 70-46. Carlos Carrasco will get the start for the Mets tonight, Carrasco is 13-4 this season with a 3.76 ERA.

The Atlanta Braves are sending out a pretty great pitcher of their own in Spencer Strider. Strider has a record of 6-4 with an ERA of 3.11 this season. Each of these teams have a batting average that is over .250. The Mets have a slightly better average at .259 and have an on-base percentage of .330. It’s going to be a close one but we’ll take the Mets +118.

Houston Astros vs. Chicago White Sox – 8:10 PM ET

The Houston Astros have one of the best records in the American League at 75-41. They’ve won four games in a row with recent wins over the Oakland Athletics. Tonight, they face the 59-56 Chicago White Sox. Although the White Sox are a good team, they’re not quite the Astros. It also helps that Houston is starting the 11-4 Jose Urquidy tonight.

The Chicago White Sox have won their last three games, all three over the Detriot Tigers. With Johnny Cueto on the mound tonight, they have a chance to win another. Cueto has a record of 4-5 with an ERA of 2.91 this season. The White Sox have a batting average of .259, far better than the Astros. It’s a long shot but we’ll go with the upset and take the White Sox at +110.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Milwaukee Brewers – 8:10 PM ET

This game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers should be a fun one. Each team has some incredible batters so the key is going to be pitching. On the mound for the Dodgers tonight is Julio Urias, who has a 12-6 record with an ERA of 2.49. In terms of pitching, the advantage is easily going to the 79-34 Dodgers.

The Milwaukee Brewers are sending out Freddy Peralta, who has a record of 4-2 this season. His 4.37 ERA is going to make this game slightly troublesome for the Brewers. Milwaukee will have to rely on its batters as they take on the Dodgers. As a team, the Brewers have a batting average of .239, which is far worse than the Dodgers. We’ll take Los Angeles -190 in this one.
