It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Saturday’s schedule.

Miami Marlins vs. Washington Nationals – 4:05 PM ET

Our first game of the day is between the Miami Marlins and Washington Nationals. The Marlins, currently 59-86, lost 5-4 to the Washington Marlins yesterday. On the mound tonight is the 4-11 Trevor Rogers, who has an ERA of 5.35 this season. The real trouble for the Marlins is their .229 batting average, one of the worst in the league.

The Washington Nationals have a record of 50-94 and are 23-49 at home. After yesterday’s win, the Nationals are looking to push for a second win in a row. After going 1-4 over their last five games, the Nationals desperately need one. On the mound is Erick Fedde, who is 6-10 but remember the Nationals have a batting average of .252. Take Washington at +110 today.

Chicago White Sox vs. Detroit Tigers – 6:10 PM ET

Yesterday’s game between the Chicago White Sox and Detroit Tigers went til the 10th inning. The White Sox ended up losing 3-2 and they’ll hope to bounce back tonight. Taking the mound to start the game is Johnny Cueto, who has a 7-8 record this season. The real key for the White Sox to win, however, is their .261 batting average.

The Detroit Tigers have a record of 55-89 but were able to pull off a big win yesterday. Getting the start today is Eduardo Rodriguez, who is 3-5 with a 4.50 ERA. The Tigers have a team batting average of .229 so we’ll take the White Sox -160 in this one.

Cincinnati Reds vs. St. Louis Cardinals – 7:15 PM ET

The Cincinnati Reds lost 6-5 yesterday to the St. Louis Cardinals. The series is currently tied at 1-1 and this is the second game of a doubleheader. The Reds will send out Hunter Greene in this one, Greene has been a problem for the Reds this season. He has a record of 4-12 with a 5.26 ERA over the course of 102.2 innings.

The Cardinals are clearly a much better team than the Cincinnati Reds. This season, the Cardinals have an 85-60 record and lead the NL Central. On the mound tonight is Jose Quintana, who is 5-6 this season with a 3.34 ERA. Take the Cardinals at -250 to get a win at home over the Cardinals.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Atlanta Braves – 7:20 PM ET

The Philadelphia Phillies have lost their last two games, one of which was to the Atlanta Braves. Hoping to have a better outing today, the Phillies will send out the 9-11 Aaron Nola. Nola has a 3.31 ERA over the course of 179.1 innings, a rather impressive feat. As a team, the Phillies have a batting average of .255, one of the best in the league.

After beating the Philadelphia Phillies 7-2, the Atlanta Braves are looking to earn another win. Jake Odorizzi will get the nod for them tonight, Odorizzi has an ERA of 4.15. The Phillies have the advantage on the mound today and a slight edge at the plate. Philadelphia comes in as -110 favorites here and we’ll take them to win the game tonight.

Seattle Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels – 9:07 PM ET

The Seattle Mariners are having a pretty strong season, currently 80-63. On the mound tonight is George Kirby, one of their best pitchers. Kirby has a record of 7-3 with a 2.98 ERA over the course of 111.2 innings. Batters for the Mariners have a team average of .230, which could be a problem for them tonight.

Getting the start on the mound for the Angels is Shohei Ohtani. Ohtani has a record of 12-8 with a 2.55 ERA and an incredible curveball. The big problem for the Angels is batting, where they have a .229 batting average. Still, we’ll take Ohtani and the Angels -105 over the Seattle Mariners.
