NFL Regular Season Week 17 Betting Outlook

You never know what will happen heading into each NFL game, since they are often a toss-up.  Many times, the underdogs can surprise you and come out ahead.

Only two weeks remain in the NFL season, and we are down to just a handful of playoff spots remaining. However, there are still four division titles to hand out, top seeds to secure, and 24 teams still in the running for a postseason berth.

The intensity is high, and the betting is the best of the season.

Arizona Cardinals at Atlanta Falcons – Sunday, January 1st, 2023 12:00 pm CST 

Both the Cardinals and Falcons have been eliminated from the NFC playoff picture, leaving the Falcons to find out if Desmond Ridder can be their quarterback of the future. For the Cardinals, it’s about the future of Kliff Kingsbury as head coach.

Kingsbury needs a win to show that he still has a future in Arizona, but they are 3-point underdogs and paying +125 on the moneyline.

Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs – Sunday, January 1st, 2023 12:00 pm CST 

The Denver Broncos have lost 14 straight games to the Kansas City Chiefs – the longest streak of futility (or dominance from Kansas City’s perspective) in the history of the AFC West. At some point, the streak will end, but with the Chiefs playing -909 on the moneyline, not many people think this is the week it will happen.

Kansas City is two wins away from matching their franchise high, while the Broncos (+12.5) have double-digit losses for the fifth time in six years, and they are coming off a 51-14 loss to a bad Rams offense. It was their most points allowed since 2017.
