NFL Week 10 Recap

The tenth week of the NFL was full of action, along with a few upsets. Certain games that were considered “locks” ended up falling through the cracks, while others went according to plan.

Let’s take a look at some of our favorite games of the week during this NFL Week 10 recap.

Cleveland Browns vs. Miami Dolphins – 39-17 (Dolphins)

The Cleveland Browns got away from what they do best, run the ball. Because of this and very poor defense, they lost the game 39-17. Between the second and third quarters, the Browns allowed 23 points. This unfortunate performance dropped them to a record of 3-6 this season, with a 1-3 record on the road.  

The Miami Dolphins improved to 7-3 with their win over the Cleveland Browns. Tua Tagovailoa passed for 285 yards and three touchdowns in Week 10. It would seem that the Dolphins are back to full strength after this dominant win. They have a 4-1 record at home and will host the Houston Texans in Week 11.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Las Vegas Raiders – 25-20 (Colts)

This was the first game for Jeff Saturday as the interim head coach for the Indianapolis Colts. We’d say it ended in a massive success after beating the Las Vegas Raiders 25-20. Jonathan Taylor, the running back for Indianapolis, played a huge role in this win. He put up 147 yards on the ground with a touchdown.

The Las Vegas Raiders find themselves in a tough position after last week’s game. They now have a record of 2-7, and there’s not much to be excited about. Quarterback Derek Carr broke down at the podium in an impassioned post-game speech. One thing is for sure: the Raiders need to make a change very soon.
