NFL Week 7 Recap

The seventh week of NFL action was filled with shocking upsets and heart-pounding games for bettors. After seven weeks, there are numerous surprises that nobody expected in the NFL.

Here is your week seven recap.

Patriots Cover Again vs Jets

Mac Jones Mania is running wild in New England. The Patriots were a seven-point favorite on Sunday against the Jets. They proceeded to win 54-13. This was New England’s first victory of the season.

Jones was 24 of 36 for 307 yards and two touchdowns. Damien Harris rushed 14 times for 106 yards and two scores.

Giants Blow Out Panthers

The Panthers entered New York as three-point favorites, but this was the wrong line. The Giants played exceptional on Sunday, blowing Carolina off the field. Sam Darnold was 16 of 25 for 111 yards and one interception.

Daniel Jones was 23 of 33 for 203 yards and one touchdown. Carolina has struggled without Christian McCaffrey immensely, and he will still be out for an additional two weeks. After starting the season undefeated, the Panthers are now 3-4.

New York is 2-5, but this was a win that can get the team back on track. They will face the struggling Chiefs in week eight.

Bengals Dominate Ravens

The Ravens were three-point favorites at home on Sunday, and their magic carpet ride ended. The team was defeated 41-17 by the Bengals in a statement win for Cincinnati. Both teams are now 5-2 and tied in the AFC North standings.

Joe Burrow was the MVP, completing 23 passes for 416 yards for three touchdowns. Lamar Jackson was not awful, but the defense could not stop the Bengals.
