Crush Your Bookie Week 10 College Football Best Bets

I’m not going to sugar coat it, last Saturday was awful. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. But it’s a new week and I’ve got nothing but winners for this Saturday. We’re getting off the mat and back to our winning ways. Let’s ride.

Air Force -2.5 vs. Army

Two teams who will one day fight for our freedom square off this Saturday in Arlington, Texas. Both schools are coming off losses and are looking to bounce back. That being said, I love Air Force here. The Falcons have dominated this matchup from a gambling perspective. They have covered the spread in 10 of the last 15 matchups. They also come into this game with a top 10 scoring defense. It should thrive against a one-dimensional Army offense. The Black Knights tend to struggle against teams with a winning record. They are just 4-9 ATS versus teams with a record above .500. Air Force also plays very well against teams outside the Mountain West conference. Over their last 31 non-conference games, they are 23-8 ATS. The Falcons are the better team here and they need to get last week’s loss to San Diego State out of their mouths. Look for them to pick up the win and stay undefeated against their fellow service academies on the year. Remember, it’s your duty as an American to bet on this game.

Oklahoma State -3 vs. West Virginia

Morgantown is one of the tougher places to play in college football, but the team who plays there has been very inconsistent. With a rushing offense that ranks 97 in the country, it can be difficult for their offense to get in rhythm. That could make for a long afternoon against a Cowboys team who ranks 7th in total defense. Oklahoma State loves playing on the road, going 5-0 ATS in their last five away from Stillwater. They have also covered their last six games overall. This matchup has not been kind to the Mountaineers lately. They have failed to cover the spread in the last six games against this conference foe. Oklahoma State has been kind to us this year so we will ride with them once again. Take the Cowboys to cover on the road.

Baylor -6.5 vs. TCU

We’re staying in the Big 12 for this one and siding with the Baylor Bears. TCU might not be in the right mindset for this game. It will be the first time in two decades that former head coach Gary Patterson will not be on the sidelines. Even when Patterson was there, the Horned Frogs struggled at home. They are a disappointing 11-28-1 ATS in their last 40 games in front of their own fans, including going 0-4-1 at home this season. Baylor, on the other hand, has found their groove. They are 6-1 ATS this season with their one loss coming to a good Oklahoma State team. Both teams have opposite records in conference matchups. Baylor is 4-1 ATS in their last five Big 12 games while TCU is just 1-4. The Bears are the better team here and they are looking to capitalize on a TCU team who may not be mentally prepared. Give me Baylor and the points on the road.

The rest of the bunch:

Utah -7.5 vs. Stanford (Friday night)
Liberty vs. Ole Miss O67.5
Wake Forest ML vs. North Carolina
Penn State -10 vs. Maryland
Utah State vs New Mexico State U71
Tennessee ML vs. Kentucky
Houston -13 vs. South Florida

Hey bookie, I didn’t hear no bell. We’re coming back this weekend, and we’re coming back hard. We’re going 10-0 this weekend. Remember, clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose.
