NFL Week 16 Outlook; Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021

There are three weeks remaining in the NFL regular season. The season has flown by, but we still have some time to capitalize on betting before the playoffs arise. Week 16 has some tremendous betting opportunities, so let’s start preparing.

Can the Detroit Lions Jared Goff Deliver a Win at Atlanta Falcons

The Lions are coming off a big win over the Cardinals, but that doesn’t mean they are good now. The Lions have been mess all season long and aren’t really any better than they were in the beginning of the year.

They almost beat the Ravens, then lost by 10 to the Bears. The Lions led against Rams in 4th quarter before getting smashed by 38 points by Eagles. They got lucky to beat Vikings after being down 28 points because it was only their second win of season so far.

Can the Lions win their third game in four weeks? They have a realistic chance of winning again against the Atlanta Falcons after beating the Cardinals in Week 15.

The Lions will enter the game at +4, and this line is being taken by 61% of bettors. Detroit is 2-11-1 overall, but they are 9-5 ATS. The Falcons are 6-8 SU and ATS this season.

If Detroit gets after the quarterback, they should be in good shape this week. They were exceptional in this area last week, and Jared Goff delivered on offense.
