The NCAA men’s college basketball season got underway a few weeks ago, and we have already seen some instant classics. We are getting into the tournament and showcase time of the year now and have the potential to see some excellent matchups that we don’t even know of quite yet. This upcoming week will be great for that as there will be basketball games going on all day long, including some of the most prestigious events during the season.

The Battle 4 Atlantis tips off on Wednesday with two undefeated teams. The Auburn Tigers will play the Connecticut Huskies in an early season matchup. Both squads are among the best in college basketball entering this year, and there is a lot on the line for both teams Wednesday night. Look for this game to be a very competitive bout with a trip to the second round on the line. I would lean Connecticut in this matchup.

This game matches up two of the top teams in college basketball, both with spots in the Top 25. UConn is 3-0 on the season while Auburn is 2-0 on the year. This will be one of many highly contested matchups this tournament features. Looking forward to the matchup, among others this week.
