It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Tuesday’s schedule.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 PM ETdodgers vs reds baseball betting

We’re going to begin today’s best MLB bets with a big game between the Dodgers and Reds. Los Angeles, fresh off of a loss to the Cleveland Guardians is looking to get back on track. To do so, they’ll need to take down the Reds, who have lost four in a row. On the mound for the Dodgers is Tony Gonsolin, who is 8-0 as a starter with an ERA of 1.42.

The Reds will send out the 2-5 Tyler Mahle to face Gonsolin. Mahle has an ERA of 4.46 over the course of 74.2 innings. Not only do the Dodgers have an edge in terms of pitching, but in batting as well. As a team, the Dodgers are batting .247 compared to the Reds .238. Look for the Dodgers to win this one on the road at -185.

Chicago Cubs vs. Pittsburgh Pirates – 7:05 PM ETcubs vs pirates baseball betting

The Chicago Cubs have a record of 25-42 this season with a 12-17 road record. Tonight, they’re back on the road facing the Pittsburgh Pirates. Yesterday, the Cubs lost to the Pirates 12-1, in the game before that the Cubs lost 6-0 to Atlanta. It’s been a tough few games for the Cubs, but they’ll look to turn it around here. On the mound tonight is the 1-2 Matt Swarmer.

The Cubs are in a tough spot with Swarmer on the mound who has an ERA of 5.23 this season. The Pirates, however, are batting well and starting the 1-1 Roansy Contreras tonight. Contreras has an ERA of 3.06 this season after pitching 32.1 innings. The home team definitely has the advantage here, so we’ll take Pittsburgh -160.

San Francisco Giants vs. Atlanta Braves – 7:20 PM ETgiants vs braves baseball betting

This game should be one of the most entertaining games to watch on Tuesday. The Giants, after suffering two straight losses, will try to take down the Braves today. San Francisco will send out Anthony DeSclafani, who is 0-1 this year with a 6.08 ERA. Pitching is going to be a big problem for the Giants today.

The Atlanta Braves won’t be able to get an easy win tonight, even with DeSclanfani on the mound. The Braves have won three of their last five games, the most recent being against the Giants. Spencer Strider will get the start tonight with a 3-2 record as a starter and an ERA of 2.45. With Strider on the mound, we think the Braves will win this one at -160.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Milwaukee Brewers – 8:10 PM ETcardinals vs brewers baseball betting

The St. Louis Cardinals have a chance to break their losing streak tonight. Over their last five games, the Cardinals have lost four of them. Although they have one of the best batting averages as a team in MLB (.254) they’ve struggled to win games. Tonight, Jack Flaherty will get the start. Flaherty has a record of 0-0 as a starter with an ERA of 6.00.

The Milwaukee Brewers are giving Chi Chi Gonzalez his first start of the year. Without much to go on, we’ll have to see how he performs under the bright lights. The good news is he can look to his batters for help. The Brewers have a team batting average of .233 this season with an on-base percentage of .309. We’ll go with the Brewers to win this one at home +130.

Seattle Mariners vs. Oakland Athletics – 9:40 PM ETmariners vs athletics baseball betting

The Seattle Mariners begin their series against the Oakland Athletics today. The Mariners, 29-39 this season, have lost their last three games. They were swept by the Angels in a three-game series that ended yesterday as well. Today, the 3-7 Marco Gonzales gets the start on the mound. Gonzales has an ERA of 3.41 over the course of 68.2 innings.

The Oakland Athletics have a record of 23-45 this year and are 8-25 at home. With such a poor home record, it’s tough to see them winning this one. They also come in at a disadvantage in terms of pitching with James Kaprielian starting. Kaprielian has a record of 0-4 this season with an ERA of 6.31. We’ll take the Mariners on the road tonight at -145.
