It’s another great day for baseball betting! Here, we’re taking a look and betting on the top five games on Monday’s schedule.

Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Cincinnati Reds – 6:40 PM ET

The Arizona Diamondbacks are 26-29 this season but have lost their last two games. Now, on a losing streak, they’ll have to play a team that is heating up. Taking the mound today for the Diamondbacks is Madison Bumgarner, the LHP with a 2-4 record. Bumgarner has an ERA of 3.31 over the course of 54.1 innings pitched.

The Cincinnati Reds are in a tough spot as they start Hunter Greene tonight. Greene has an awful 2-7 record with an ERA of 6.19. If they’re going to win this game they’ll have to rely on their bats. The Reds have a team batting average of .231 this season but the bats have gone cold recently. Because of this, we’ll take the Diamondbacks +100 on the road tonight.

Seattle Mariners vs. Houston Astros – 8:10 PM ET

The Mariners face a tough test in the Houston Astros tonight. Seattle has a record of 24-30 this season and is coming off a win over the Texas Rangers. With the 4-6 Robbie Ray on the mound tonight, the Mariners will hope he can shut down the Astros batters. Unfortunately, this is much easier said than done. Ray has an ERA of 4.93 over the course of 65.2 innings.

The Houston Astros have won four of their last five games this season. Their most recent win was a 7-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals. Tonight, as they face the Mariners, the 3-2 Cristian Javier will take the mound. Javier has an ERA of 2.41 this season which is much better than Ray of the Mariners. So, we’ll go with the Houston Astros -165 tonight.

Toronto Blue Jays vs. Kansas City Royals – 8:10 PM ET

The Toronto Blue Jays rank second in the AL East with a record of 31-22 this season. Tonight, they’ll face off against the Kansas City Royals, who are 17-35. Although the Blue Jays are the clear favorites, we can’t deny some of the struggles we’ve seen. Recently, the Blue Jays were handed an 8-6 loss by the Minnesota Twins. On the mound tonight is the 1-1 Ross Stripling.

The Royals have also had a tough stretch over the last five games. Within them, Kansas City has lost four games, most of which were blowouts. Still, they have a team batting average of .236, which isn’t far behind the Blue Jays. Taking the mound is Daniel Lynch, who has a 2-4 record as a starter. We’ll go with the bats of the Blue Jays to win this one -165.

Boston Red Sox vs. Los Angeles Angels – 9:38 PM ET

Ranking fourth in the AL East, the Boston Red Sox has a record of 27-27. Now that they’re back even at .500, they can work on improving. Through their last five games, the Red Sox have won four in a row. Although they have an impressive winning streak, they still come in as +105 underdogs. Getting the start tonight is Michael Wacha, who has a 3-1 record as a starter.

The Los Angeles Angels have regressed quite a bit over the recent weeks. They’ve lost eleven games in a row and things aren’t looking up. The Red Sox are a tough team to beat with a team batting average of .259, ranking third in MLB. Taking the mound today is Noah Syndergaard, who is 4-3 with an ERA of 4.02.

New York Mets vs. San Diego Padres – 9:40 PM ET

The last game of the day is between the New York Mets and San Diego Padres. The Mets are one of the best teams in Major League Baseball, with a record of 37-19. On the road this season, the Mets have gone 18-11. Getting the nod as the starter is the incredible 6-1, Carlos Carrasco. Carrasco has an ERA of 3.63 over the course of 57.0 innings pitched.

On the other side is Blake Snell, who will take the mound for the Padres. Snell has a record of 0-2 this season with an ERA of 4.80. With the Mets having the edge in terms of pitching, them being an underdog is a shock. However, we’re fine with the odds that come along with the Mets being +100 tonight.
